I decided to try this new Animoto website for Real Estate listings but decided to try it out first with my "side job" with Stella & Dot. Here are my fun and fabulous results. Can you tell I'm pleased with myself?

I was shopping downtown the other day at Terra Cotta & a cute gal who works there let me know that some of the local storeowners downtown have decided to start a Savannah Fashion Week.

I'm excited and immediately caught up with the events on facebook. Coming soon is a website (I'm told it will be http://www.fashionweeksavannah.com/).

Anyhoo, very excited about all this!

One More Cast Charter Fishing in Savannah, Georgia

Thursday, April 1, 2010 | | 0 comments
Just got back from one heck of a start to my fishing season. Popped out to a SECRET SPOT with charter Captain EXTRAORDINAIRE, Brian Woelber. Brian is the brother-in-law of a good friend of mine, Marsha Woelber and we booked a tip a couple months ago to try our hand with the fish. We were joined by fishing novice, Helen Bacon, who had to beg, steal, and borrow to leave her day job as a lawyer downtown.

The weather was a balmy 72 degrees and the waters were mostly calm. We busted out of Butter Bean Beach and made our way to, ahem, our spot where we spent the better party of 5 hours chasing down Refish with our Carolina Rigs. Our photos speak for themselves -- we weren only able to keep 3 of the fish because the other 10 or so were TOO BIG. Really!

We all had a blast and are considering starting a female sports fishing club. We don't really think anyone else in Savannah is doing one and think it could be a hidden market and really, it would be fun, so why not! We would love to get some feedback so if you see this and are interested, shoot me an email or give me a call.

Check out Brian's website and book him for a half or full day trip-- we all give him two fins up:
